Fairway Estates Phase II Maps Edit page

Phase II is  currently 1 legal lot consisting of approximately 10.2 acres which was annexed into our HOA by the developer in July 2022. Further  development of this area into Phase 2,3 and 4 is currently  under consideration by the City of Florence Planning Commission. It is projected to consist of approximately 40 homesites that will be accessed from the current Caddington Ln and Dunbar Way, streets in Phase  1.  Planning Commission meetings are open to the public if further information is desired.   The information can also be accessed on the City of Florence Website, Planning Commission page, or the City of Florence  Calendar page.  A link page has been added for ease of use. Click the PC Calendar link on that page, choose a meeting date on the calendar. This will open up a list of all the documents planned for that meeting. 

HERE IS A TENTATIVE MAP OF PHASE 2-3-4. IT IS OPEN TO CHANGE PENDING PLANNING COMMISSION/DEVELOPER DESIGNS.
